Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This page explains what data we collect through kiltex-itc.com, why, and what rights you have. The data controller is KILTEX S.R.L., operating in the Bucharest–Ilfov area, Romania.

1. What data we collect

Data you send us directly — if you contact us by phone, email, WhatsApp, or LinkedIn (buttons on the site), we receive whatever data you choose to share in that conversation (name, contact details, message content). The site has no form that automatically collects this data.

Data collected automatically, only with your consent — if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to understand site traffic: pages visited, visit duration, device type, approximate country/region, and traffic source (e.g. Google, LinkedIn, direct access). If you click "Decline", this data is not collected.

2. Cookies we use

3. Who we share data with

Analytics data is processed by Google LLC (Google Analytics), which may store data outside the European Union, under applicable legal frameworks for international data transfers (e.g. the EU–US Data Privacy Framework). We do not sell or rent your data to third parties for advertising purposes.

4. How long we keep data

Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics' standard policy (typically 14 months, then automatically deleted). Messages sent directly (email, WhatsApp, etc.) are kept as long as needed to respond to your request, and afterward per applicable accounting/legal obligations, where relevant.

5. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to: request access to your data, rectify or delete it, restrict or object to processing, request data portability, and withdraw your consent for analytics cookies at any time. You may file a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).

6. Contact

For any request regarding your personal data, you can write to us at office@kiltex-itc.com or call +40 750 452 384.

This page is a general, informational template, not legal advice. For full compliance with GDPR and Romanian law, we recommend a review by a qualified data protection consultant or lawyer.
