What warranty does the Grandstream GBX20 have?

The Grandstream GBX20 is a new, genuine Grandstream product with a 2 years warranty, supplied with an invoice and warranty certificate.

Can my company buy the GBX20 without VAT?

Yes, if your company is registered for VAT in an EU country other than Romania. Choose “EU company” at checkout and enter your VAT number; after a VIES check we invoice without VAT (reverse charge). Romanian companies receive a standard VAT invoice.
