Shipping and returns

Delivery in Romania

Bucharest: free delivery by the Kiltex team after the order is confirmed.
Rest of Romania: by courier, flat rate of 30 lei (VAT included), whatever the order value.
Lead time: usually 1–3 working days after confirmation for in-stock products. For “available to order” products we tell you the lead time when we confirm.

Delivery to other EU countries (business customers)

We ship to companies with a valid EU VAT number by courier or freight forwarder, depending on size and weight.
The shipping cost and delivery time are confirmed in the proforma invoice, before you pay.
Goods are dispatched after the bank transfer is received. Invoices are issued without Romanian VAT (reverse charge).

Payment

Bank transfer against the proforma invoice sent by email. Delivery is made after payment.
Cash on delivery, paid to the courier (Romania only).

Right of withdrawal (returns) — 14 days

If you are a consumer, you can return products within 14 calendar days of receiving them without giving a reason. Let us know at office@kiltex-itc.com or +40 750 452 384, quoting your order number. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it isn't mandatory.

Products must be returned within 14 days of your notice. The direct cost of returning them is paid by the customer. We refund the amount paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of your notice; we may withhold the refund until we receive the products.

You are only liable for any reduced value of the products resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to check their nature and functioning.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases by businesses, nor to products configured or customised at the customer's request.

Faulty products

If a product doesn't work properly, contact us. We'll check it and repair, replace or refund it under the legal guarantee of conformity.
